Dentro do assunto dos vernizes Kiko que comprei, este foi um deles, o número 372.

Não díria que seja um nude a 100%, é um nude com um tom rosado e completamente opaco, adoro estes tons de rosa/nude/taupe nas unhas, acho-os muito elegantes. 

Normalmente são este tipo de cores que escolho quando não sei o que usar nas unhas, que foi o caso desta semana, foi o terceiro verniz que usei porque as outras duas cores foram um desastre (bolhas, lascaram rápido demais, enjôo das cores, etc :p).

Secou super rápido assim como o verniz da semana passada, em termos de lascar díria que foi o normal de um verniz, 2-3 dias mais ou menos, mesmo assim pelo tempo de secagem compensa totalmente!

Within the subject of the Kiko's nailpolishes I bought, this was one of them, number 372.

I would not say it's a 100% nude, it's more of a nude with a pinkish hue and completely opaque, I love these shades of pink/nude/taupe on the nails, I find them to be very elegant.

It is usually this kind of color I choose when I don't know what to use on my nails, which was the case this week, this was the third nailpolish I used because the other two colors were a disaster (bubbles, chipped too fast, got tired of the colors, etc. : p).

Dried super fast like last week's nailpolish and in terms of chipping would say it was the normal time of a polish, 2-3 days or so, but the drying time fully compensates that fact!

Yves Saint Laurent Le Teint Touche Éclat Review

Quando esta base foi lançada, gerou-se um grande burburinho em volta dela, porque prometia ser a luminosidade da caneta Touche Éclat em forma de base. The next big thing!

Apesar de não ser super fã do Touche Éclat original (por enquanto), não queria deixar de testá-la e em Dezembro pedi umas amostras, apesar de serem demasiadas escuras para mim consegui reparar na luminosidade que esta base confere.

When this foundation was launched, it was generated a lot of buzz around it, because it promised to be the luminosity of Touche Éclat highlighter pen, in foundation form. The next big thing!

Although I'm not a huge fan of the original Touche Éclat (for now), I didn't want to skip testing it, so in December I asked for some samples, although they are too dark for me, I could notice the luminosity that this foundation gives.

Uma pele radiante, luminosa, e leve é o que prometem, com FPS19.

Devido a este factor, há que ter cuidado quando formos tirar fotografias com flash porque dá um pouco de flashback (e ficamos com aquela pele de fantasma ahah).

Existem 17 tons desta base, que subdividem-se em B - Beige, subtom neutro, BD - Beige Doré, subtom dourado e BR - Beige Rose, subtom rosado. Penso que facilmente encontram o tom ideal para vocês!

A radiant, luminous, and lightweight finish is what they promise, with SPF19.

Due to this factor, be careful when taking pictures with flash because it gives a little flashback (and we get that ghostly skintone ahah).

There are 17 shades of this base, which are subdivided into B - Beige, neutral undertone, BD - Beige Doré, golden undertone and BR - Rose Beige, pink undertone. I think it should be easily to find the ideal tone for you!

A embalagem é de vidro, logo convém ter cuidado com quedas, porque podem ser o fim da vossa base.

Felizmente vem com um pump fácil de controlar a quantidade de base que queremos usar. Custumo usar um pump para cobrir a cara toda para o dia-a-dia, se quero mais cobertura uso 1 pump e meio e a pele fica perfeita.

The packaging is made of glass, so you may want to be careful about letting it fall, because it could be the end of your foundation.

Fortunately, it has a pump that is easy to control the amount of product we want to use. I usually use a pump to cover the entire face in a day-to-day basis, if I want more coverage use one pump and a half and the skin gets perfect.

Tem uma textura líquida muito aquosa, e consequentemente fácil de espalhar, sem ficar demasiado cakey.
É sugerida para peles secas e maduras devido ao facto de ser hidratante e luminosa, no entanto quando a pele tem aquelas partes secas (dry patches), por exemplo em volta do nariz, costuma acumular um pouco nessas zonas com o passar das horas.

Custumo aplicá-la com o meu flat top kabuki da Sigma, no entanto acho que é uma base super versátil de se aplicar porque com todos os pinceís que já experimentei até agora ficou bem (duo-fiber, píncel de base normal, kabukis), até mesmo com as mãos!

Outro factor desta base é o aroma, tem um cheirinho super agradável, não sei descrever mas eu adoro-o. Sei que no entanto pode ser um problema para certas pessoas, então fica aqui o aviso.

It has a liquidy texture that is very watery and thus easy to spread without getting too cakey.

It is suggested for dry and mature skins due to be moisturizing and luminous, however when the skin has those dry patches, eg around the nose, it usually accumulates a bit in those areas with the passing of the hours.

I usually apply it with my Sigma's flat top kabuki, however I think it is a super versatile foundation to apply because with all the brushes I've applied it, so far it looks good everytime (duo-fiber, normal foundation brush, kabukis), even with your hands!

Another factor, is the aroma, it has a super nice smell, I don't know how to describe it but I love it. However I know this can be a problem for some people, so here is the warning.

Na minha opinião tem uma cobertura leve que pode ir até média, dá para ir construindo a cobertura, no entanto convem aplicar corrector nas olheiras e noutras imperfeições porque não as cobre totalmente.

It has a light coverage that can go up to medium, and it can be buildable,  however you should apply concealer in dark circles and other imperfections because it does not cover them completely.

Uma Camada / One Layer

Confere uma pele radiante, um acabamento dewy cheio de luminosidade, mesmo usando pó por cima.

Em relação à duração, se a pele estiver bem preparada (limpa e bem hidratada) esta base dura-me um dia inteiro (10h mais ou menos). Já houve dias em que não tratei tão bem da pele e notei que a base não aguentou nem metade do tempo. Não é super duradoura mas com certos cuidados dura bem na minha pele. Em peles oleosas acredito que não seja tão boa, é possível que tenha menos duração na pele devido a ser tão cremosa e hidratante.

It gives a radiant, luminous dewy finish, even using powder on top.

Regarding wearing time, if the skin is well prepared (clean and well moisturized) this foundation lasts me a full day (10h or so). There have been days when have not preped my skin so well and noticed that it didn't even last half the time. It's not super durable but with some caring it lasts well on my skin. In oily skins I believe that maybe it isn't so good, you may have less wearing time on the skin due to it being so creamy and moisturizing.

Duas Camadas / Two Layers

Resumindo, adoro esta base, está sem dúvida na categorias das minhas bases preferidas.

É leve e natural, não se nota que estamos a usar base, dá luminosidade à pele, e tem uma boa duração na pele.

O preço pode ser um pouco salgado (41,50€), mas acho que vale muito apena, é uma base que dá um acabamento lindo à pele, e quando esta acabar (se não arranjar um dupe mais em conta :p) sou capaz de voltar a comprá-la.

In short, I love this foundation, is has seriously made it to my favourite foundations category.

It is lightweight and natural, you can't really tell that you're wearing foundation, gives luminosity to the skin, and has a good wearing time on the skin.

The price may be a bit steep (€ 41.50), but I think it is a well worth foundation that gives a lovely finish to the skin, and when this one ends (if I can't find a more affordable dupe :p) I probably will repurchase it.

Real Techniques Expert Face Brush Review

Finalmente tive a oportunidade de comprar um píncel da Real Techniques! Já há imenso tempo que queria comprar algum píncel desta marca, mas nunca tratei de encomendar nenhum. 

Há pouco tempo, numa compra pelo Amazon, tive a oportunidade de pôr este píncel no meu carrinho e aproveitei.

I finally had the opportunity to buy a Real Techniques' brush! I've been wanting to buy one of these brushes for a long time but never really ordered any.

Not long ago, in a purchase at Amazon, I had the opportunity to put this brush in my cart and I took it.

Suponho que conheçam a marca Real Techniques, mas para quem não conhece, é uma marca de pínceis lançados pela Samantha Chapman, maquilhadora e uma das irmãs Pixiwoo (e para quem não conhece as Pixiwoo... what the hell!?! ahah Passem no canal delas, são duas das mais conhecidas e talentosas 'gurus' de maquilhagem do Youtube)

Todos os pínceis da marca são feitos de fibras taklon, estas são sintéticas (a marca é 100% Cruelty-free! Yay!) e super macias e suaves. 

Sinceramente nunca toquei em nenhumas cerdas de pínceis tão macias como este, são fantásticas.

I suppose you know the brand Real Techniques, but for those unfamiliar, it is a brush brand launched by Samantha Chapman, a makeup artist and one of the Pixiwoo sisters (and for those who don't know Pixiwoo ... what the hell!?! ahah Go check their channel, they are two of the most talented and talked about make-up 'gurus' on Youtube)

All the brand's brushes are made of taklon fibers, these are synthetic (the brand is 100% Cruelty-Free! Yay!) And super soft and smooth.

Honestly I have never touched any brush bristles as soft as these ones, they're fantastic.

Este é o Expert Face Brush, e pertence à linha Flawless Base (assim como todos os pínceis de cabo amarelo). É muito denso, e tem o topo largo e arredondado como um píncel comum de blush.

É óptimo para aplicar base, dá um acabamento perfeito sem deixar 'riscas' de base pela cara, e aplica o produto super rápido. 

Outra utilidade que lhe dou, e esta é para qual o uso mais - aplicar blushes em creme e/ou líquidos. Com certos blushes (Benetint por exemplo, ou outros blushes que manchem a pele) eu tinha alguma dificuldade em espalhá-los rapidamente com os meus duo-fibers, antes que secassem e manchassem a pele. Agora com o píncel expert face espalho rapidamente os blushes e fico com um acabemento uniforme e sem manchas.

This is the Expert Face Brush, and belongs to the Flawless Base line (like all yellow cable's brushes). It is very dense, and has a wide and rounded top as a common blush brush.

It's great for applying foundation, gives a perfect finish without leaving foundation strikes, and applies the product super fast.

Another thing I use it for, and this is what I use it for more frequently - applying cream and/or liquid blushes. With some blushes (Benetint for example, or other blushes that stain the skin) I had some difficulty blending them quickly with my duo-fibers brushes before they dry and stain the skin. Now with the expert face brush I blend blushes quickly and get a perfectly uniform finish.

Em termos da lavagem, lava-se muito bem e não perdeu absolutamente cerdas nenhumas até agora e também dúvido que vá largar. Nestes pínceis não existe o problema de entrar água dentro do ferro do cabo, porque todo o cabo é de alumínio e não tem nenhuma entrada pela qual possa entrar água!

Algo que me surpreendeu na positiva foi o tempo de secagem, secou muito mais rápido que o normal em comparação com os meus outros pínceis (até os menos densos).

In terms of washing, it washes well and has not lost absolutely no bristles so far and I doubt that will drop in the future. In these brushes there isn't the problem of getting water into the iron ferrule, because the handle is all made of aluminum and has no place which water could enter!

Something that surprised me positively was the drying time, dried much faster than normal compared to my other brushes (even the ones less dense).

Estou completamente satisfeita com este píncel e mal posso esperar para comprar o resto das linhas da Real Techniques.

Para a qualidade que têm são super em conta, fora os kits que contêm vários pínceis que ficam um pouco mais caros, a maíoria dos pínceis a vulso custam à volta de 8/9/10 libras, em comparação com a Sigma na relação preço/qualidade, estes valem muito mais a pena.

Este custou-me 9,55£ (11.30€) no Amazon.

I am completely satisfied with this brush and can not wait to buy the rest of the Real Techniques' line.

For the quality they have, they're super affordable, out the kits containing various brushes that are a little more expensive, most of the brushes separately cost about 8/9/10 pounds, compared with the Sigma in price/quality, these are worth a lot more worth.

This one costed me £9.55 (€11.30) at Amazon.

Kiko 343

Mesmo depois de muita edição no tom verde da foto, mesmo assim ainda não consegui captar bem o tom verdadeiro deste verniz lindo da Kiko.

Este é o verniz que tenho estado a usar na última semana, comprado na ultima promoção da Kiko. 

No fundo é um dos meus primeiros vernizes da marca porque o único que tinha antes é um verniz com glitter holográfico rosa comprado há dois anos atrás e só foi usado uma vez, portanto não tinha muita noção de como eram os vernizes da Kiko apesar de só ouvir maravilhas deles.

Estou espantada príncipalmente com a formula cremosa, fácil de aplicar e o tempo de secagem! Achei que secou super rápido.

Sem dúvida que no futuro vou investir mais nestes vernizes.

Even after a lot of editing the green tone of the photo, yet it still can not quite capture the true tone of this gorgeous Kiko's nailpolish.

This is the polish that I have been wearing this last week, bought it at the last nailpolish sale of Kiko.

Basically this is my first nailpolish of the brand because the one I had before it's a pink holographic glitter, bought two years ago and was only used once, so I had no idea how Kiko's nailpolishes were despite only hearing wonders of them.

I'm mostly amazed with the creamy formula, totally easy to apply and the dry time! It surely dried super fast.

No doubt that in the future I will invest more in these nailpolishes.

Laranjeiras

Na semana passada não houve post do verniz da semana, no entanto, até houveram dois vernizes da semana, o que aconteceu foi o seguinte...

O primeiro era um rosa choque da Risqué que fez montes de bolhas, ficou horrível mas ainda assim andei com ele durante uns dias. Depois tive um jantar de anos e acabei por pintar com um verniz metálico escuro da Andreia, é um dos meus favoritos, um dia destes mostro-vos. No meio disto tudo, acabei por não fotografar nenhum deles.

Mas cá está o verniz desta semana, chama-se Laranjeiras e é da Dote. Adoro este tom de vermelho, não é um vermelho muito escuro, nem muito claro, mesmo como eu gosto! No frasco até chega a ter uma cor de vermelho-tijolo, mas nas unhas não se nota.
Devo dizer que por norma adoro os vernizes da Dote, secam rápido (pelo menos este hoje, secou!), e têm  uma boa durabilidade .

Cada vez vejo menos vernizes da Dote, alguém me sabe dizer onde se vendem além das lojas dos chineses? (Perto de mim são sempre as mesmas cores...)

Last week there was no nailpolish of the week post, however, I wore two nailpolishes last week, what happened was this ...

The first was a pink "shock" from Risqué, that made lots of bubbles, it was horrible but I still wore it for a few days. Then I had a birthday dinner this week and ended up painting my nails with a dark metallic polish form Andreia, it's one of my favorites of all time, one day I'll show it to you. In the midst of all this, I ended up not taking pictures of any of them.

But here is this week's nailpolish, called Laranjeiras and it's from Dote. I love this tone of red, it isn't a much dark red, nor too bright, just as I like! In the bottle it kind of looks like it is a brick-red color, but doesn't show up applied on the nails.
I must say that I usually love Dote's nailpolishes, they dry fast (at least this one today, dried!), and have a great wearing time.

Lately I've been seeing less and less Dote's nailpolishes, can someone tell me where can I buy them?
